1. Service-related communications
When you submit a request, choose “Call me,” choose “Text me a chat link,” choose “Any is fine,” provide your phone number, or otherwise ask to be contacted about a service request, you authorize OnSite Masters and/or the matched local pro to contact you about that request by call, text message, chat link, or similar communication.
2. Not marketing by default
These messages are intended to support the specific request you started: confirming details, asking for photos, sending a secure chat link, scheduling, quoting, updates, payment links, proof, or support. Marketing messages, if added later, should require any consent required by applicable law.
3. Message and data rates
Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency depends on your request, availability of local pros, and the communication needed to coordinate the job.
4. Opt out
When text-message opt-out is available, you may reply STOP to stop receiving text messages from that sender. You can also contact notifications@onsitemasters.com. Opting out of texts may make it harder to coordinate a service request, and a pro may still need to communicate with you through another method if you continue the request.
5. Help
For help, contact notifications@onsitemasters.com.
6. Carrier disclaimer
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
